| The MEL Group acquire Jet Transport Actuators |

The MEL Group acquired Jet Transport Actuators (JTA) of Phoenix, Arizona on the 2nd March 2009. The acquisition will bring expertise in actuator overhaul and will further enhance the MEL Group capability and reputation as a one stop shop for the repair/overhaul of aerospace components. Our sincere thanks to John Gregg for entrusting the MEL Group with his companies reputation. John will continue with JTA to oversee its future expansion. JTA becomes a sister company to Laurence Walter Aerospace Solutions located in Virginia and now gives the Group East and West coast coverage of the USA for repair/overhaul of aerospace components. The acquisition is one further step in the MEL Groups strategy to be a total engineering solution provider to the aerospace and defence industries with facilities now operational in the UK, Germany, Serbia, India and the United States.
